How do I put it on?

What size does The Equinus Brace® come in?

There are currently 2 sizes that are available for The Equinus Brace®.

Adult: Men US 7-13 , Women US 7-14

Pediatric: Children US 7 & Up, Women Up to size 5

How far up should the brace extend on my leg?

The Equinus Brace® is designed to be extended above your knee to ensure that you are receiving full, consistent stretch. Always extend above the knee unless otherwise directed by your physician.

Do I always need the toe wedge?

Yes. Unless otherwise directed by your physician, always be sure to have the toe wedge under your big toe.

Can I walk around while using my brace?

No. The Equinus Brace® is non-ambulatory. Please be sure to be resting either on a couch or in a chair with your leg extended while wearing the brace.

How long should I wear the brace?

Relief can be achieved in sessions of 1 hour per day.

Have pain on both sides?

Use 2 braces for 1 hour per day (1 on each side) or use 1 brace for 2 hours per day (1 hour per side).

How quick will I see results?

Though we've had many customers who have began to feel relief soon after wearing our brace, most treatment plans range from 8 to 12 weeks. Please consult with a physician to help develope a treatment plan right for you.

Shipping policy

Where do you ship to?

We currently are shipping with in the United States and most international locations. If you are outside of the United States and are unsure if we will be able to ship to your location, please contact us at (855) GO-BRACE or email at to inquire. Note: Customer is responsible for any additional fees (ie. VAT) that are incurred when shipping outside of the continental United States.

How long will my order take?

All orders* received by 12:00pm EST will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00pm EST will ship the following day.

Orders typically take 2 to 5 business days from ship date within the continental United States. *Note: This is not a guarantee of delivery time. Delivery times can be affected by both by environmental variables as well as higher demand during the holidays.

Returns and exchanges

IQ Med LLC will repair or replace all or part of the unit and its accessories for material or workmanship defects for a period of six months from the date of sale. For warranty claims, please call (317) 771-4319, write to

How do I ship my order back to you?

Upon contacting us, we will provide you with a prepaid label to return the damaged product.

Can I return my brace once I'm done with it or if I change my mind?

At this time, we are not accepting returns for any other reason than what is listed in our warranty description above.
