I am very happy with the brace and think that it will help my foot a lot! However, I emailed three times and did not receive a response about the expected arrival date of my brace. I did not receive it until 4 weeks after the order date and there was no communication that there was going to be a delay.
This is my second TruStretch Equinus Brace-I got my first one in May when I was diagnosed with Equinus and foot drop. It is a slow process, but I have noticed an increase in my ankle ROM and less foot drop. The only downside is that it is hard to keep my heel firmly in the brace and my first brace cracked by the ankle after 7months. I was hoping to get the new design when I ordered my new brace, but unfortunately I did not. I will continue to wear my brace daily, because it does work!
I have used my brace for many years. Easy to use while watching soccer matches etc. I had an Achilles tendon injury last year. The stretching of the tendon with the brace solved my issue.
I have had the brace for 3 weeks and have seen more improvement with my foot pain than after 3 months of weekly PT. I am hopeful that it will resolve my issue in a couple more weeks

Otherwise so far it appears to be working on advertised. Watched some videos and it is pretty easy to set up.
Terrible, cheap materials, bad user experience to put on. They advertise a version 2.0 and send the old version. Way over priced
Easy to put on works great as soon as I put it on I can feel it starting to pull up on my heel I used it twice and already it started to relieve the pain so far so good.its definitely a keeper. If this keeps me from going under the knife it's worth every penny.
I ordered an ankle strap for my Equinus Brace. After placing my order for the ankle straps, I realized that I also needed the foot straps for my two braces. The Equinus company sent me my ankle braces lightening fast and also included the foot straps at no charge to me. You don’t find good customer service like that anymore. This brace has helped me to walk with a case of plantar fasciitis that I have been treating since December 2022. I will experience two days of no pain, followed by a week of pain. Wall stretches , cortisone shot, compression sock, orthotics did not help much. This brace along with the above treatment has helped me to cope with this painful condition. I am about to start Wegovy. I am hoping that serious weight loss will help resolve this injury. I can’t understand how we can send space telescopes to the end of the universe, invent artificial intelligence, replace hearts, hips, knees, but can’t cure Plantar Fasciitis. The best age old treatments are stretching and hoping to not need a surgery that could make the condition worse.
Hi everyone!!! I am 53 years-old, and for many years have walked miles every day, but never stretched a day in my life, which led to super-tight Achilles tendons in both feet, and tremendous pain in both feet and legs. After multiple visits to a foot/ankle doctor and many, many months of physical therapy, I decided on my own to try The TruStretch Equinis Brace. I think it's been helping but I feel it's one tool of multiple I need to be using to address my plantar fasciatis.
I've suffered from crippling plantar fasciitis in both feet, with a plantar fascia rupture in one foot and further peroneal and Achilles tendonitis in the other. Multiple visits and thousands of dollars to a bad podiatrist, as well as hundreds of dollars on all sorts of braces, left me without results, continued pain and decreased mobility, and not a lot of hope for the future. Then I found the Equinus brace. Two weeks of wearing it as recommended has made an incredible difference. I can take steps without pain. I can do my job (nurse on a busy hospital floor) without always limping everywhere. I can walk my dog and hike. Will continue to use and will recommend to everyone.
Finding this brace, especially at an affordable cost through IQ Med, has been incredibly helpful to manage our son's inward gait due to growth plate issues. Would highly recommend.
My daughter is a figure skater, which doesn't pair well with muscle/joint stiffness and debilitating plantar fasciitis. The PT gave her stretches and exercises, but those have to be done exactly right each and every time to have any benefit, meaning I'm hovering and annoying her the whole time she's doing them. With the braces (yes, I bought 2!), my daughter can get an effective stretch while doing her homework or watching tv. She feels the stretch in just the right areas, so we know it's working. The results? The PT-prescribed work she does is now icing on the cake. PT can make better progress, muscles and joints are gaining flexibility, coach is happier, daughter is thrilled she can keep skating...and I can stop worrying about it.
This brace has helped me keep a good stretch on my ankle, but it is a bit hard to get your ankle into the brace, as it is more narrow toward the heel. Hard to put on with back pain. I like that you can set the ankle dorsiflexion, and the strap above the knee is helpful.
So far so good. Will need more time to provide you with an educated feedback.

I suffered from recurring Plantar's Fasciitis on my right leg/foot for several years. I tried everything under the sun and read everything on the internet. I stretched, iced, had physical therapy, bought countless pairs of shoes and inserts. Finally, in the fall of 2016, I was at my local podiatrist for an unrelated problem. He actually discovered my PF without me saying anything, when examining my calf muscles. He explained to me that researchers had discovered that tight calf muscles needed stretching for much longer than people typically do when trying to treat it themselves, and he suggested the Equinus Brace. After the three month (one hour a day...easy-peasy!) treatment, increasing the angle of the brace each month, the PF is gone and I have not had any problems or pain at all! I am back to hiking on a regular basis and am so grateful! Thanks for a great product!
I just wanted to say thank you for this brace! It has me walking without pain for the first time in two weeks and it has the added bonus of relieving my night time foot cramps!
My doctor, Christenson, proscribed this equinus brace after 6months of the awful painful heel spur and locked leg muscles! It really has worked!
The Equinus Brace has really helped me get rid of the tight and achy muscles that contributed to my stress fracture. The brace helped relieve my tired muscles and stretch the entire leg, from toes to the thigh providing complete relief. After a few weeks, I noticed a change in my ballet performance.
Many of my patients' foot pain comes from a tight achilles tendon. Prior to the Equinus Brace I would have patients manually stretch their achilles tendon, but 90% of the time it was done incorrectly. Once we had the Equinus Brace, we were able to provide a means for patients to properly stretch their achilles tendon and do it more consistently. Not only has the brace helped increase our patient compliance by 75%, but it also allows the stretching to be done correctly and controlled so as to avoid additional injuries and/or pain.
