Where do we ship?

We currently are shipping within the United States and most international locations. If you are outside of the United States and are unsure if we will be able to ship to your location, please contact us at (484) 442-0494 or email at sales@thriveorthopedics.com to inquire. Note: Customer is responsible for any additional fees (i.e., VAT) incurred when shipping outside of the continental United States. 

When will my order ship?

All orders* received by 12:00 pm EST will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST will ship the following day. 

Orders typically take 2 to 5 business days from ship date within the continental United States. *Note: This is not a guarantee of delivery time. Delivery times can be affected by environmental variables, location, and higher demand during the holidays.

Who pays for shipping costs and fees?

Unless otherwise stated, the consumer is responsible for all shipping fees & taxes.
